Honda was already the worlds biggest motorcycle manufacturer when it started producing cars in 1962. They are also known for producing lawnmowers, quadbikes and generators as well as their range of cars and SUVs.

They own the US centric, luxury Acura brand and have factories across the world with specific models for local markets. Models such as the Civic and Accord have had drastically different versions available for different regions, and even cars that look similar such as the CR-V have major local differences depending on which factory they were produced in.
