Complete fitting kit to fit a single DIN aftermarket radio early Jaguar XJ8 and XJR (X308) cars built between 2000 and 2005 with a 12 pin connector for the radio. Fits cars with the original Alpine amplified audio system, and is not suitable for cars without an original amplifier. This kit includes a cable to bypass the original amplifier and drive the speakers from the new radio.

Compatibility checking note:
If you are unsure if you have the later type radio (which this kit is suitable to replace) or the earlier type then check the buttons under the volume dial and mode button on the left of the radio. Early radios have six separate buttons arranged in three rows of two. Later sets have four arrow keys around an enter button. Additionally later sets have a yellow connector on the back which earlier sets do not have.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This product must be purchased with a suitable patch lead for the type of radio you are fitting. Please select the type of radio being fitted upon purchase to receive the correct parts. A universal option is available if you don't know what radio is being fitted yet, but it requires building as per the instructions provided with it.
