An SOT (sound on top) lead for various Mercedes Benz models built after 2017 with an original MBUX 7 inch multimedia system that does not have built in satellite navigation.

An SOT cable provides a second output for the speakers and power from the original radio which can then be used to connect an aftermarket hands free Bluetooth phone kit such as a Parrot, Bury, Motorola or Nokia kit which should come with an ISO harness to connect to it.

It can also be used as a T-harness to break out the speaker cables to go to an aftermarket amplifier or subwoofer. For this application an ISO speaker extension will be needed. We offer these in 2.5m or 5m lengths.

NOT COMPATIBLE WITH CARS WITH EARLIER NTG MULTIMEDIA, AUDIO 30, AUDIO 40 OR OTHER AMPLIFIED AUDIO SYSTEM INCLUDING BOSE AND HARMAN KARDON. NOT COMPATIBLE WITH VEHICLES THAT DO HAVE BUILT IN SATELLITE NAVIGATION.
