CANBUS Interface and ISO cables allowing use of original steering wheel control buttons with a new aftermarket radio head-unit.

This interface allows use of cars original steering wheel buttons with compatible aftermarket radios and head units along with supplying a 12v power source to the radio and other optional useful outputs:
Steering wheel controls (with compatible radios, requires correct patch lead)
12v ignition (to power the aftermarket radio when the vehicles ignition is on - pre-wired)
Illumination (to change the radio illumination when the vehicles lights are on - pre wired)
Reverse (to switch to a reverse camera view when reverse gear is selected - purple fly lead)
Parking Brake (tells the radio the parking brake is applied, required to use some features on some sets - green fly lead)
Speed Pulse (provides the vehicle speed from the gearbox, needed on some radios with built in GPS - pink fly lead)
Mute (mutes an aftermarket radio in the same vehicle specific circumstances as the original radio, for example when reversing - yellow/white fly lead)

Suitable for Mercedes Sprinter, Vito and Viano and Volkswagen Crafter to retain use of the audio controls on the steering wheel (make sure that the dashboard menu is set to 'audio') with an aftermarket radio. Also includes a quadlock insert to retain the amplifier for the original FM antenna to maintain good FM radio reception.

Compatible with the following vehicles with specific original radios:

Mercedes:
Sprinter (W906) (2007 - 2018) (with original Audio 10, Audio 15 or Audio 20 radio)
Viano (W639) (2004 - 2014) (with original Audio 20 radio only)
Vito (W639) (2003 - 2014) (with original Audio 20 radio only)

Volkswagen:
Crafter (2E 2F) (2007 - 2016) (with original RCD3002, RCD4002, RSD2000, R2330, RSD4000 or RNS6000 radio)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This product must be purchased with a suitable patch lead for the type of radio you are fitting. Please select the type of radio being fitted upon purchase to receive the correct parts. A universal option is available if you don't know what radio is being fitted yet, but it requires building as per the instructions provided with it.
