Amplifier bypass cable for Porsche cars built between 2004-2013 with PCM 2.0 and BOSE

Allows you to connect a new aftermarket radio directly to the cars speakers after bypassing the original amplifier which is under the front seat while retaining the original subwoofer and its dedicated amplifier.

Allows you to connect a new aftermarket radio directly to the cars speakers after bypassing the original amplifier which is under the front seat while retaining the original subwoofer and its dedicated amplifier.

This is a good option for cars where the original Amplifier has failed or when not using a specialised fibre optic interface.

After bypassing the amplifier the centre speaker will no longer function.

This bypass cable is 2.5m long which will reach the amplifier under the front seat of the 911 (997), Boxster and Cayman (987). For fitting to the Cayenne a 2.5m ISO extension cable will be needed.

The subwoofer retention will need an RCA connection to the back of the new head unit. On the 911 (997), Boxster and Cayman (987) a 3 metre extension can be used On the Cayenne a longer 5 metre extension will be required.

Please note that the RCA cables usually come as pairs, only one side will need to be use for the subwoofer.
