Interface and ISO cables allowing use of original steering wheel control buttons with a new aftermarket radio head-unit.

This interface allows use of cars original steering wheel buttons with compatible aftermarket radios and head units.

Suitable for various Renault cars and vans (including vans from Nissan and Vauxhall based on Renault designs) with CANBUS input for the original radio steering wheel controls. If you have vehicle with TomTom navigation then you will need part SWC-PSR-REN1N instead. The majority of the vehicles that this interface is suitable for have original Update List radios with a separate display, the original display needs to stay connected and be working for this interface to work.

As well as steering wheel controls this interface also provide an ignition output, illumination, speed pulse, hand brake and reverse gear dependent on the vehicle it is fitted to. Some setup is required for this interface to recognise the vehicle and the type of radio fitted, instructions for this are provided.

Most compatible vehicles came with multiple original optional radios with different connections. Please check your original radio type and the connectors on the rear to make certain this is the correct adapter for your vehicle.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This product must be purchased with a suitable patch lead for the type of radio you are fitting. Please select the type of radio being fitted upon purchase to receive the correct parts.
