CANBUS Interface and ISO cables allowing use of original steering wheel control buttons with a new aftermarket radio head-unit including an interface for fully amplified BOSE speakers.

This interface allows use of cars original steering wheel buttons with compatible aftermarket radios and head units along with supplying a 12v power source to the radio and other optional useful outputs:
Steering wheel controls (with compatible radios, requires correct patch lead)
12v ignition (to power the aftermarket radio when the vehicles ignition is on - pre-wired)
Illumination (to change the radio illumination when the vehicles lights are on - pre wired)
Reverse (to switch to a reverse camera view when reverse gear is selected - purple fly lead)
Parking Brake (tells the radio the parking brake is applied, required to use some features on some sets - green fly lead)
Speed Pulse (provides the vehicle speed from the gearbox, needed on some radios with built in GPS - pink fly lead)
Mute (mutes an aftermarket radio in the same vehicle specific circumstances as the original radio, for example when reversing - yellow/white fly lead)

Suitable for Audi cars with a quadlock connection on the original radio and an original BOSE or Bang and Olufsen amplified sound system. This adapter includes an interface for the BOSE amplifier that allows the volume levels to be adjusted on all speakers to create a balanced sound around the car and avoid interference or external noise being heard.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This product must be purchased with a suitable patch lead for the type of radio you are fitting. Please select the type of radio being fitted upon purchase to receive the correct parts. A universal option is available if you don't know what radio is being fitted yet, but it requires building as per the instructions provided with it.
