Reverse Camera and SYNC 3 input adaptor kit for saloon/sedan and hatchback/liftback body styles of the Ford Mondeo built from 2017 until 2022 with original SYNC 3 infotainment. The camera replaces the vehicles original boot release button surround and handle. The Vehicle will need programming to enable the rear view camera function.

The harness adaptor has rectangular 54 pin type male and female connectors to connect into the original loom with a RCA Phono camera input to be connected to the camera. The adapter connects to the API module on the back of the SYNC screen.

Suitable only for vehicles with SYNC 3 original touch screen in car entertainment built between 2017 and 2022. It is not suitable for vehicles with SYNC 1, estate/wagon body styles or earlier cars which have a different shaped camera housing. This kit includes the camera, built into a replacement number plate light. It comes with power cables, a 5m video and power cable extension to run the length of the vehicle and an adaptor cable to add it onto an original SYNC 3 head unit.
