This kit fits all first generation new Minis (R50, R52 and R53) fitted with the standard sound system, not for cars with Harman Kardon sound. Will fit cars with both original radio still fitted (Wave Cassette, Boost CD and Navigation System) or cars which have had an aftermarket radio fitted. This speaker upgrade kit offers a significant upgrade in audio quality when fitted with the original head unit in the vehicle. It also works very well with aftermarket head units and amplifiers.

165mm (6.5 Inch) Hi-efficiency BLAM 2-way component speakers (BL-165RS)
With their high efficiency and low impedance the BLAM Relax 165RS speakers allow you to achieve a detailed and powerful sound with or without an amplifier. These Hi-efficiency, 2-way component speakers transform your cars original sound system into an enjoyable, high quality audio experience. These include two 20mm, high quality, soft dome tweeters with inline crossovers to make for simple wiring and the ability to adjust the tweeter volume by 3dB. These fit the front doors of your Mini.
6x9 (6x9 Inch) Hi-efficiency BLAM coaxial speakers (BL-690RC)
Designed to provide incredible performance with or without an amplifier, the powerful bass thump will be felt from the back of the car without compromising on the higher end detail of the music. These coaxial speakers include a built in 25mm soft dome tweeter with integrated crossovers and will fit directly into the rear of the car.
165mm Mini front speaker adapter panels
A pair of front door speaker adapter panels for 165mm speakers. These panels allow you to easily replace the cars original speakers with new improved quality aftermarket speakers.
Speaker and tweeter adapter cables
Two pairs of speaker adapter cables and one pair of tweeter cables for Minis with standard original sound. Used to fit new aftermarket speakers without needing to cut off the original speaker connectors.
